As from February 2009, all locomotives in this category will be based on the Hornby A4 loco drive Chassis, and the option of Digital Sound will be confirmed where possible on all A4’s regardless of the livery

(Silver, Blue, Black, and Brunswick Green)

Our Limited editions Presentations of,

Hornby LNER A4 Locomotives in Garter Blue circa 1939

As of 2009, our limited edition Garter blue LNER A4 locomotives will be available with digital sound.

This is due to Hornby releasing  R2085XS, HERRING GULL.

 (as some members will know, we have been waiting for this one since 2007)

 

This years new releases from us will use this loco as the donor engine for,

 TT 4462, and TT 4463.

These presentations from us will be available for control with either,

 DCC ready (conventional 12v), Digital control fitted , and Digital sound on-board.
